Tacoma Simmons was born on August 27, 1999, in Mount Kisco, New York, USA. He is the second descendant of Earl Simmons and Tashera Simmons.

Simmons said he was obsessed with cracking cocaine at the age of 14 after Lady Ron tricked him into smoking a drug-mixed marijuana cigarette. He also said he had bipolar disorder.
He was sentenced on the morning of April 9, 2021, when Simmons reportedly lost some important organs, his liver, kidneys, and lungs, and died shortly thereafter at age 50. .. On July 8, the Westchester County Coroner’s Office revealed that the official cause of Simmons’ death was a heart attack caused by cocaine.

Tashera Simmons is widely known as the ex-wife of Rapper MX, whose real name is Earl Simmons. She was born in Yonkers, New York, and grew up with her seven siblings and American parents. Tashera has been estranged from her imprisoned husband, Earl Simmons, and is legally separated.
